| When payment is due | In full, before your stay. The payment link we send expires 30 minutes after it is issued. If payment is not confirmed within that time, the booking is not concluded. |
| When the service is provided |
On the dates you booked. Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00; check-out by 11:00 the following morning. The door code for your room is sent by SMS by the day of your stay. |
| Cancellation and refunds |
Given the nature of accommodation, returns and refunds at the guest's own convenience are governed by the following special terms. ・Cancellation up to 8 days before check-in (until 23:59 on that eighth day) …… no cancellation fee. The full amount paid is refunded. ・Cancellation from 7 days before check-in until the day itself, and failure to arrive without notice …… 100% of the room charge applies and no refund is made. Days are counted backwards with the check-in date as "the day itself" and the day before it as "one day before" (Japan time). If public transport to the guest house is suspended because of a weather warning or another disaster, we will discuss a change of dates or a refund with you individually. See Article 5 of the Terms of Accommodation for details. Bookings made through a travel site follow that site's cancellation policy. |
