Yes. We do not serve meals, but each room has its own kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, and there are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. It suits guests who like to keep their own pace. You may also like our guide to places to eat nearby.
Yes. Toba Aquarium is about a 5-minute walk from the inn. Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Ise-wan Ferry terminal at Toba are also close enough to walk. We have put together a guide to what you can reach on foot.
Yes. Room 201 and Room 203 are each a private two-room apartment for one to three guests, with its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
You can book on our own booking page: choose your dates and party size and confirm on the spot. If you would rather use your points or membership benefits, you can also book through Rakuten Travel, Booking.com, Airbnb or whichever travel site you already use.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Please contact us in advance if your arrival time changes.
The inn is about a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Nakanogo Station, an unstaffed station. Limited express trains do not stop there, so please transfer to a local train at Toba Station, heading towards Kashikojima.
There is no dedicated parking at the inn, but you can use the pay parking lot next to Kintetsu Nakanogo Station, ¥500 per day as checked in August 2026. Rates may change.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in both rooms.
Breakfast is not provided, but there are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Eating out at nearby spots such as Okage Yokocho in Ise is well worth it too.
There are two rooms, Room 201 (Sea Breeze) and Room 203 (Island Wind), each a private two-room apartment for one to three guests. See the room details on our top page.
If you booked directly with us, Article 5 of our Terms of Accommodation applies. If you booked through a travel site, that site's own rules take precedence, so please check the terms shown there.
Yes, children and babies are very welcome. We do not have baby cots or children's equipment, so please bring anything you need.
The entire building is non-smoking. Please use the designated outdoor area if you smoke.
There is no washing machine in the room, but there is a coin laundry about 5 minutes' walk away. Do use it if you are staying several nights.
